1. Guaranteed to have a healthy puppy on arrival. All pups will be vet checked, up to date with all shots and worming.
2. You are responsible to get the puppy Veterinarian checked within 1 week of date received. This is a requirement. If this is not done, this contract will be void.
3. We guarantee against any genetic health problems that are listed. Must have proof of verification from your Veterinarian. We are entitled to a second opinion at our expense, and a third at the expense of both parties.
A. Hip displasia (must be compare with bulldog hips and no other breed)
B. Elbow displasia
C. Any genetic organ problems
D. Diagnosed skin problems (if not curable)
E. Heart murmurs
4. This contract does not guarantee against cherry eyes.
5. As a pup is sold, we require the new owner(s) name, address and phone number, so we can keep a record of our pups and their new homes. If a owner(s) decide they do not want or can not keep the dog, they must contact us first. The dog will be returned to us if we decide to buy it back, not to exceed the purchase price. If we decide we do not want to buy the dog back, the owners of the dog can sell it at there convenience. It will be required to give the new owners information to Mergenthaler Bulldogs Kennel, to keep records of the dogs.
6. Any shipped pups will be at the purchasers expense. A pup may be shipped depending on the temperature restrictions.
7. All pups and dogs must be treated well. Must have fresh food and water everyday. Must be Veterinarian checked regularly. A pup or dog must not be left out side in extreme temperatures.
8. Once a purchaser signs this contract it is considered a legal agreement between both parties. If altered or not signed it will be void.
9. All shipping and Veterinarian expenses are the responsibly of the buyer unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
